This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, where it goes and what your rights are. We keep it short and we only say what is true. Version 21 October 2026.

This website is built and hosted by WebsitePro (websitepro.co.za), which runs the servers and the form mail on our behalf as operator.

What we collect

The contact form. If you use the form we receive your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the office you chose and your message. The form emails this to both directors and sends a copy to you. The mail is sent through WebsitePro’s mail server in South Africa. The form service does not store your enquiry on the website or in a database.

Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at connection data from your browser (such as your IP address) to tell people from bots. Cloudflare is outside South Africa, so this is a cross border transfer under Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy policy. The form service also holds your IP address in memory for a short time to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to disk.

Server logs. The web server records your IP address and the pages you visit. We keep these logs for security and for visitor statistics, for a limited period, and they are then deleted automatically.

Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google when a page opens.

Cookies and tracking. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technical storage in your browser to do its job.

Other services. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services in a new tab. They are covered by their own privacy policies, not this page.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry and to keep the website secure. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept by the directors as part of their client records. The website has no database. Server logs are kept for a limited period, as described above.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to see it, to correct it, to delete it, or you may object to our use of it. Write to either director at the addresses above. Requests for access to records go to the directors as well.
